Example video

The 1x1 cut of this feed, drawn from an example of what it carries. Open the video on its own.

Use cases

  • A daily market wrap on the broker's own channels, out before the session opens.
  • Instrument moves and levels that introducing brokers and affiliates post under their own brand.
  • Economic calendar reminders: what is due today, and afterwards what it printed.
  • Release notes and product updates, published the day they ship.
  • Engineering or production figures as a weekly or monthly story with its numbers.
  • Trade fair and event countdowns for sales and partner channels.
  • Council and authority announcements, the moment they are published.
  • Dates people plan around: waste collection, opening hours, public events.
  • Open data made visible: air quality, water levels, traffic or budget figures.
  • This week's offers, per store, on every channel the shop runs.
  • Opening times and holiday changes, before customers have to ask.
  • Seasonal campaigns and price changes, drawn straight from the product data.

What it carries

The time left until a date, or gone since one, in days, hours and minutes, worked out from the sent moment and never from the clock, the digits rolling into place, and up to five more dates after it, one at a time. metaData is the post's title, descriptions and hashtags and is never drawn.

FieldTypeRequiredLimitWhat it is

locales carries other languages: under each language code, the parts of clipData and metaData that differ, laid over the default, so a language with no copy still renders.

A picture is always a file from your media library: media:// followed by its id or its name. Anything the table does not list is refused, and so is anything over its limit, with a 422 that names the field.

"captionMedium": "The Northmark Central Bank announces its next decision on interest rates on Thursday 8 October at 14:00 Northmark time, two days, four hours and thirty minutes from this morning.\n\nMarkets price a two in three chance of a quarter-point cut, which would be the first since the spring of 2024. Inflation has fallen for five months in a row and stood at 2.3 percent in August, close to the bank's target of 2 percent, while unemployment has risen slightly over the summer.\n\nNot everybody expects a move. Two of the seven members of the rate committee said in September that they wanted to see the autumn wage agreements first, and the bank's own survey of businesses still shows prices rising faster in services than in goods.\n\nThe governor speaks to the press half an hour after the announcement, and the bank publishes its new forecasts for growth and inflation at the same time. The minutes of the meeting follow two weeks later.\n\nThe times are the bank's own calendar; the market pricing is from this morning at 09:30.",

Inflation has fallen for five months in a row and stood at 2.3 percent in August, close to the bank's target of 2 percent, while unemployment has risen slightly over the summer, from 4.1 to 4.4 percent.\n\nNot everybody expects a move. Two of the seven members of the rate committee said in September that they wanted to see the autumn wage agreements first, and the bank's own survey of businesses still shows prices rising faster in services than in goods. A decision to wait would not surprise most economists, but it would move the currency and the bond market, which have both been priced for a cut for several weeks.\n\nWhat a cut would mean: variable mortgage rates would follow within days at most banks, and savings rates usually a little later. Fixed-rate loans would not change until they are renewed.\n\nThe governor speaks to the press half an hour after the announcement, and the bank publishes its new forecasts for growth and inflation at the same time. The minutes of the meeting, which say how each member voted, follow two weeks later.\n\nThe times are the bank's own calendar; the market pricing is from this morning at 09:30. Nothing in this clip is investment advice.",
