Public bodies, Public notice
A public notice or warning in the brand's own colours and faces: its level as a band or a tag with a rising meter, the headline, details, when and where, then one to five things to do building up as a list, and where to get help, signed by the brand's person.

Versions
Each version is one build, uploaded once and never changed afterwards, so a clip published with it can always be explained. The newest is what a channel following this variant draws; a channel pinned to an older one keeps it.
