What it accepts

A quiz: a question with two to four answers lettered A to D, a pause while a timer runs down, the right answer lit, how the audience answered and why, then up to three more questions, one page each. metaData is the post's title, descriptions and hashtags and is never drawn.

FieldTypeRequiredLimitWhat it is
clipDatagroupyesClip data: Everything drawn: a kicker, the question, its answers with how the audience answered, which one is right and why, up to three more questions, the source and the look.
clipData.kickertextup to 20 charactersKicker: A word or two above every question, such as QUIZ or MYTH OR FACT.
clipData.questiontextyesup to 120 charactersQuestion: The question. On the first page it is the clip's cover: there in full on the first frame.
clipData.answerslistyesat least 2, up to 4Answers: Shown in this order and lettered A to D.

clipData.answers[].texttextyesup to 60 charactersAnswer
clipData.answers[].sharenumberfrom 0, to 100, 1 decimalsAudience share: The percentage of people who chose this answer, counted up and drawn as a bar after the reveal, exactly as sent: shares are not made to add up to 100. Left out on every answer, no shares are shown.

clipData.explanationtextup to 160 charactersWhy: Why that answer is right, shown after the reveal. Left out, the page ends on the answers.
clipData.morelistat least 0, up to 3More questions: Further questions after the first, one page each, each with its own answers, audience shares, right answer and why. Each adds about eleven and a half seconds; three make a quiz of about 46 seconds.

locales carries other languages: under each language code, the parts of clipData and metaData that differ, laid over the default, so a language with no copy still renders.

A picture is always a file from your media library: media:// followed by its id or its name. Anything the table does not list is refused, and so is anything over its limit, with a 400 schema_validation error that names the field.

Your own system sends this to one of your streams, POST /v1/stream, and every channel listening to that stream draws it with its template. data is the document described above; a stream with an empty field map passes it to the template unchanged. Try it first on POST /v1/stream/validate, which answers the same without publishing anything. Streams and feeds explains the rest, including how to map a document of your own shape instead.

"captionLong": "Quick quiz: two questions about everyday health, and how our followers answered them.\n\nWe asked 2,400 of our followers in September.\n\nQuestion one: at least how many minutes of moderate activity a week do health guidelines recommend for adults? 18% said 30 minutes, 33% said 150 minutes, 41% said 60 minutes and 8% said 400 minutes.\n\nThe answer: at least 150 minutes. The World Health Organization recommends that adults do at least 150 minutes of moderate activity a week, such as brisk walking or cycling, or at least 75 minutes of vigorous activity, such as running, or a mix of the two.
