locales carries other languages: under each language code, the parts of clipData and metaData that differ, laid over the default, so a language with no copy still renders.
A picture is always a file from your media library: media:// followed by its id or its name.
Anything the table does not list is refused, and so is anything over its limit, with a 422 that
names the field.

"captionShort": "Fixed 12 or Flex? For a home using 3,100 kWh a year, Fixed 12 costs about €910 and Flex about €1,006. Fixed 12 has the lower unit rate, 24.5 cents a kWh against 27.9, and holds its price for 12 months, but leaving early costs €60. Flex has a slightly lower standing charge and you can leave at any time. Both supply 100% renewable electricity. Which suits you depends on whether you value a fixed bill or the freedom to switch.",
"captionMedium": "Fixed 12 or Flex? Two electricity tariffs side by side, worked out for a typical home using 3,100 kWh a year.\n\nFixed 12 has the lower unit rate, 24.5 cents a kWh against 27.9, and holds that price for twelve months. Over a year that comes to about €910, against about €1,006 on Flex. Leaving Fixed 12 before the twelve months are up costs an exit fee of €60.\n\nFlex has a slightly lower standing charge, 38.6 cents a day against 41.2, and no exit fee, so you can switch whenever a better offer comes along. Its price can change with a month's notice.\n\nBoth supply 100% renewable electricity, so neither wins on that.\n\nIf you want a bill you can plan around, Fixed 12 is the cheaper choice for most homes. If you expect to move or switch within the year, Flex keeps you free. Figures are for illustration; your own cost depends on how much you use.",

A home that uses more electricity gains more from the lower unit rate of Fixed 12; a small flat that uses little gains less, and the standing charge matters more.\n\nIf you want a bill you can plan around, Fixed 12 is the cheaper choice for most homes. The delivery names no version: which build draws it is the channel's choice, the newest of its
variant or the one it is pinned to. eventId is a ULID you make once per event: sending the same
one again changes nothing. occurredAt is when the thing happened, not when you sent it. locale
is the language of the text in data, and data.locales carries other languages beside it.
