A lead time now against before as an engineering drawing: the type plate in the header, the headline and the day it applies from, the figure now with its change on a tag in the positive or negative colour by what is good news, both lead times drawn as dimensions on a time scale, and up to four product lines with their own lead times, complete on the first frame. Then a measuring head reads from before to now, each line is selected in turn, and the end card brings the button and the presenter. Seven seconds, a little over a second more per product line.
