A neighbourhood pharmacy answers the questions its customers ask, in a soft, friendly look: one question at a time in a bubble and the pharmacist's answer under it (or beside it on a wide frame), set large for easy reading, with page dots showing which of up to four it is. The first question and its answer are complete on the first frame; then the button and the pharmacist. Four and a half seconds more per question.
