Finance (Real estate), Mortgage rates
This week's mortgage rates for buyers, in a calm luxury look: a house photo with the status ribbon, the headline and the date, a rate table with each product, its rate on a dotted leader and its change in the brand's up or down colour, and the example repayment, complete on the first frame. Then each rate is lit in turn as it moves from last week's to this week's, the example follows, then the agent and the button. The brokerage and the disclosure stay on screen throughout. About two seconds longer per rate.

Versions
Each version is one build, uploaded once and never changed afterwards, so a clip published with it can always be explained. The newest is what a channel following this variant draws; a channel pinned to an older one keeps it.
