A change to a public API as a developer platform posts it, in a bento of rounded tiles: the kind of change on a chip, the API version in the brand's monospace face, what changes and the date it applies on a tile of the brand colour, the code before and after as two short blocks in the monospace face, tinted with the brand's down and up colours, lines broken and never cut, then what to do in up to four numbered steps and the documentation's address, the small print throughout. The old and the new code are read in turn, then each step. 1.6 seconds longer per step.
