Public bodies (City councils), City event
A city event announced the way a well-run city announces it, in a clear civic look: the kind of notice on a coloured banner under the crest, the name and the facts as a summary list (the day or days spelled out, the times, the place), complete on the first frame; each fact read in turn, then the picture with a line about the event, the programme item by item at its time, practical notes on access and transport, the days as calendar pages, the button and the spokesperson. A second and a half longer per programme item.

Versions
Each version is one build, uploaded once and never changed afterwards, so a clip published with it can always be explained. The newest is what a channel following this variant draws; a channel pinned to an older one keeps it.
