Public bodies (City councils), Consultation
A public consultation, asked the way a well-run city asks, in a clear civic look: the kind of notice on a coloured banner under the crest, the question in plain words and the facts as a summary list (where, who can answer, when it closes, spelled out), complete on the first frame; each fact read in turn, then what is proposed point by point with a picture of the place, how to answer, the closing day as a calendar page, the button and the spokesperson. It asks, it never campaigns. Two seconds longer per point.

Versions
Each version is one build, uploaded once and never changed afterwards, so a clip published with it can always be explained. The newest is what a channel following this variant draws; a channel pinned to an older one keeps it.
