Public bodies (City councils), Warning
A warning from a city, in the warning colours people know from the weather services and never the brand's, in a clear civic look: the level and the hazard on a banner in the level's own colour under the crest, the warning sign beside the headline and the facts as a summary list (the area, from and until with their times), complete on the first frame; each fact read in turn, then what to do point by point, where to get updates, the end time in the level's colour, the button and the spokesperson. Who issued it stays at the foot throughout. A second and a half longer per point.

Versions
Each version is one build, uploaded once and never changed afterwards, so a clip published with it can always be explained. The newest is what a channel following this variant draws; a channel pinned to an older one keeps it.
