The city or its budget in figures, in a clear civic look: the kind of notice on a coloured banner under the crest, the headline in plain words and up to six figures, each with what it counts, the period it covers and its source, complete on the first frame. As a grid, each figure is lit in turn while it counts up to exactly what was sent; one at a time, each takes a page of its own, large. Then the note, the button and the spokesperson. Who issued it stays at the foot throughout. Two and a half seconds longer per figure.
